Terms & Conditions

1. We appreciate only serious buyers.

2. Prices are not negotiable.

3. Kindly place your order via EMAIL - fashion-nista@live.com. We'll get back to you within 24 hours. Place an order in the following format:-

4. No backing out after confirmation of order. Kindly notify us if you're not interested in the item anymore. Customer that backs out without any prior notice will be blacklisted resulting in a negative feedback in the corresponding customer's details.

5. The word "Reserved" beside an item denotes the other buyer has not confirm COD/bank in for us, thus, you may still be able to purchase the item once the customer cancels her reservation.

6. All items are brand new and in perfect condition.

7. Items are non-refundable/ non-exchangeable.

8. Items are sold at a first come first serve basis.

9. Postage/COD could be arranged.

10. Payment must be settled (Maybank transfers or cash payment) within 3 days upon reservation of an item. Item will be released to other buyers if payments are not settled punctually.

11. Items may be restock-able based on requests. However, there will be NO guarantees on the availability of the items from the supplier.

12. Strictly no copying of pictures from our blog! We have taken considerable effort to take these pictures and hope you understand, thanks! :)

13. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage during delivery.

Pos Laju (West Malaysia)
· RM 6 ( only for 1 or 2 pieces)
· above 3 pieces depending on the weight

Pos Laju (East Malaysia)
· RM 8(1 or 2 pieces)
· above 3 pieces depending on the weight

Pos Express
· from RM 4 onwards
(depending on the weight)

The above shipping cost is applicable for clothing only. Shipping for bags are charged differently therefore please enquire via email for bags shipping cost.

Buyer is to bear all shipping costs.
